The Team Leader will be a member of the CRM Committee advising management on early warning indicators, risk concentrations and adverse trends.  This position involved significant interface with management and various front office and internal groups.  Responsibilities include developing risk measurement and analytic techniques, managing early warning indicators and make strategic enhancements to the credit risk management framework.  The successful candidate must hold a college degree (MBA, MS or PhD a plus) at least 5 years of relevant experience with a major financial institution. CFA and/or FRM is a plus.  The position also requires excellent analytical abilities, managerial talent and communications skills.  Product knowledge  (loans, credit derivatives, fx, repo) is essential.  Technical skills with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access)  required.  This position offers a competitive compensation package with long term career opportunities.
