Responsibilities: • Responsible for appropriate P&L reporting and the integrity of the balance sheet for Emerging Markets Rates trading • Deliver accurate and timely daily P&L • Produce and analyze effective risk-based explains. • Ensure accuracy of downstream processes • Proper representation on the balance sheet. • Ensure proper model usage and bookings. • Review all new structured deal activity and its impact on firm’s P&L, Balance Sheet and risk profile. • Develop and maintain relation with the Front Office management Requirements: • 3-6 years control experience in a major investment bank covering emerging markets rates • Understanding of derivative transactions, front to back flows and valuation/accounting. • Able to interact successfully with traders and senior management. • Ability to learn fast and adapt to a growing business. • Financial or quantitative undergraduate or post graduate degree. • Bachelors’ degree accounting/business/finance required For immediate consideration, please forward resume and contact details to: info@ashtonlanegroup.com Ashton Lane Group is a boutique executive recruitment firm serving the Banking, Insurance, and Alternative Investment sectors.
